Abstract
we here in report a rare case of bilateral optic disc drusen in 53 yrs old man with transient blurring of vision referred to ophthalmology department by his physician as diagnosed to be papilledema , pt is known case of type 2 diabetes mellitus and history of CVA 1 year back, no h/o photophobia ,headache or other symptoms of discomfort. on examination anterior chamber appears to be normal on both eyes,pupil round and reacting equally to light ,with normal intraocular pressure ,with visual acuity of 6/6 in both eyes At first visit direct ophthalmoscopy appears an elevated optic disc with nodular appearance and blurred disc margins suggestive of disc edema and then through various examination methods such as dilated fundus examination by indirect ophthalmoscopy, B- ultasound, visual field test , oct MRI it was diagnosed to be bilateral optic disc drusen
