Abstract
8 year old boy diagnosed to be having Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia and subsequently completed 8 cycles of maintenance therapy successfully again came to our OPD with complaint of pain, redness and diminution of vision in right eye after a period of 4 years. A clinical picture revealed blood mixed hypopyon, AC cells ++ , AC flares ++ and loss of architecture of the iris tissues with sectorial bowing forward in supero-temporal and Infero-temporal quadrant. Paediatric oncologist consulted and the Litreture search shows RELAPSE of Acute lymphocytic leukemia. So, AC findings otherwise successfully completed. Patient needs through evaluation. So, Anterior uveitis is masquerading of underneath malignant blood disorders.
