Abstract
Introduction:Eyelid cystic mass can be due to various cause,rarely has been reported as sole manifestation of lymphoma.Case report of 4 year boy presented with painless cystic left upper eyelid mass and lid edema.Excision biopsy of mass and lid reconstruction done. Histopathology showed lymphatic cyst.Later multiple haemorrhagic and fluid vesicles developed on hard palate which was diagnosed as lymphangioma circumscriptum or microcystic lymphatic malformation which is a benign hamartomatous malformation of the lymphatics.Conclusion:patients presenting with lymphatic cystic mass should be evaluated for systemic associations so that early intervention can be done to rule out life threatening conditions like lymphoma.
