Abstract

Case of CML in remission since last 3 years, on imatinib. Presented with diminution of vision since 6 -8weeks found to have CNVM. Cnvm is a rarer presentation in CML, only few case reports are existing. Imatinib being a tyrosine kinase inhibitor unlikely would have caused CNVM as the tyrosine kinase is the the main path way for cnvm development.cnvm responded suboptimally to antivegf, howeever responded to IVTA resulting in dry macula
