Abstract

During the surgery after cataract extraction, cionni ring placed in bag followed by 3-piece lens in the bag. Due to hyopotony infusion canula not able to put in vitreous cavity. So with help of cutter choroidal tissue dissected around the infusion canula then placed in vitreous cavity and infusion started. GRT margins trimmed and cauterised. Under PFCL ILM Peeling done to prevent ERM formation. Laser done followed by PFCL- Silicone oil exchange done.
