Abstract

A case of 46 year old female , known case of Adenocarcinoma of Lung was in remission since 6 months .
Diminusion of vision made her to consult an Ophthalmologist.Exudative retinal detachment & its investigations lead to detection of recurrence in such case. This case proved that eye can be window to many hidden systemic diseases & can give clue to detect potentially lethal condition/s.
