Abstract
We report three cases of microsporidial stromal keratitis, which as an unusual presentation and had challenges in management . All three had coinfection .Case -1 is microsporidia with gram negative bacilli coinfection in case of secondary Sjogren syndrome responded well to medical management .Case 2 is microsporidia with HSV Coinfection .Patient underwent therapeutuic graft and is doing well with BCVA 20/30. Case 3 is Microsporidia with Fungal Confection managed with Therapeutic Graft. According to our knowledge, there is no case of microsporidia stromal and fungal co-infection reported in the literature
