Abstract

Ocular surface squamous neoplasia is a precancerous and cancerous epithelial lesions of conjunctiva and cornea. It includes dysplasia , conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia which accounts for 39% as well as invasive squamous cell carcinoma present in 75% men , 75% limbus , 75% old people. Etiological features comprise – sunlight, immunocompromised , HPV – 16, systemic xeroderma pigmentosa.
We describe a case of 29 year old male presented with a elevated lesion on the conjunctiva encroaching on to cornea. It was about 5*5 mm mulberry shaped growth which gradually progressed over time in size impairing vision for day to day activities.
