Abstract

A 21year old female, high myopic underwent phakic IOL implantation in both the eyes sequentially. After a month she had raised intraocular pressures(IOP) in both the eyes and suspected to be steroid responder, started on anti-glaucoma medications(AGM) and asked her to review after a month. But lost to follow up for 2years and came with reduced field of vision. On examination she had very high IOP, gonioscopy reveals open angles with good vault on AS OCT, Fundoscopy showed advanced disc damage of 0.9:1CDR with bipoar notch, retina intact in both the eyes. So, restarted on AGM, reviewed after a month and to our surprise pressures were controlled and now she is on observation.
