Abstract
24 year old female came to ophthalmology OPD on 13/2/23 with chief complains of
Redness, Watering and Pain in both eyes and periorbital area for 20 days
Sudden onset diminution of vision in both eyes for 15 days
New onset floaters which gradually increased over 10 -12 days.
Had episode of high grade fever a week prior to onset of ocular symptoms.
Experienced tinitus and defective hearing in both ears for 10 days.
She had no history of trauma, treatment or surgery in either eye.
No signs of neck pain or meningism.
Best corrected Visual acquity in both eyes is 6/18
IOP recorded by NCT 10 mm Hg in both
Ant Seg examination Conjunctiva- Congestion ++
Anterior chamber – 3+ cells and flare
Fundus examination-Exudative Retinal Detachment with shifting fluid.
Optic disc hyperaemia and blurred FFA Findings -1.Focal areas of delay in choroidal perfusion
2. multifocal areas of pinpoint leakage
3.Large placoid areas of hyperfluorescence
