Abstract
Neurofibromatosis are group of Congenital disorders that effect organs which are derived ectoderm i.e Central nervous system,skin and the eyes.It is classified under neurocutaneous syndrome,which consists of Two classes ,NF 1&NF 2.Most common being NF 1.
CASE1:A 42yr old male patient presented with Multiple nodules all over the body since childhood.On ophthalmic examination we noted a large plexiform neurofibroma involving the left upper lid with mechanical ptosis ,No perception of light in left eye and B/L Lisch nodules.Fundus and Visual fields didnot show any gross abnormality.
CASE2:A 40yr old female patient presented with multiple Subcutaneous nodules more
over face and trunk without plexiform neurofibroma.On ophthalmic examination we noted Lisch nodules and Lenticular opacities.
CASE3:A 45yr old male patient presented with multiple neurofibromas all over the body with a large plexiform neurofibroma involving the left eye lids causing mechanical ptosis & Prominent corneal nerves.
