Abstract

It is a retrospective study with 33 patients divided into two subgroups -acute and chronic/recurrent VKH.
Methodology included history questionnaire, clinical symptoms and signs , systemic symptoms ,OCT features , FFA features are analysed to determine the prognosticating features in each group
Extreme age group(older and pediatric patients) , Initial Poor visual acuity, RAPD +, with systemic(extraocular) features , bilateral involvement , optic disc involvement, exudative retinal detachment ,Severe Vitritis ,greater RPE-reflectivity on OCT are prognosticatin features whihc determine or give clue for future reoccurances and to initiate immunosuppressive therapy at the earliest
