Abstract
Study Design: Prospective Observation case series
Purpose: To evaluate the role of ASOCT in diagnosing and differentiating endothelial plaque of fungal keratitis from plaque in other infective keratitis
Methods: 4 cases of deep fungal keratitis with endothelial plaque that were diagnosed with smears and cultures underwent ASOCT for observation of border between corneal endothelial layer and endothelial plaque.
Results: All the 4 cases had unclear wavy border between endothelial layer and endothelial plaque in ASOCT
Conclusion: ASOCT can be used as a diagnostic tool in diagnosing deep fungal keratitis and help in differentiating from other infective keratitis
