Abstract
This a case of 14 years old male who presented with history of blunt trauma by ball 10 days ago. On examination, anterior segment was within normal limits , while fundus examination showed full thickness macular hole in Left eye . Patient was advised a watch for macular hole. At 1 month follow up , patient fundus examination & OCT showed closed ( spontaneously ) macular hole . After 2 years , he presented with LE DOV & examination revealed 1 full thickness & 2 partial ( lamellar) thickness macular holes . This video illustrates the vitrectomy & inverted ILM flap technique in this case & follow up showing closure of all the 3 holes with 6 months follow up .
