Abstract

A 44 year old male patient arrived at opd with trauma to right eye with shuttle cock 2 days back followed by redness,watering,pain.Under slit lamp examination,there was diffuse conjunctival congestion and circumcorneal congestion with corneal epithelial edema ,deep anterior chamber and flare 2+ with grade 1 hyphema . Pupil reactions were normal.IOP by AT is 23 mm Hg. On gonioscopy, angle recession is noted in superior quadrant, other quadrants were normal. It was diagnosed as Angle recession Glaucoma and treated with topical anti glaucoma medications which includes timolol 0.5% BD,Travoprost 0.004% OD.
