Abstract

A single eye 74year elderly male with K-Pro in left eye with a maintaining vision of 6/24 presented with CF 1mt .Patient had corneal melt with multiple Choroidal detachments with retina on.Scleral patch was taken from opposite pre-pthisical eye and sutured to the area of corneal melt.Choroidal changes resolved and improvement of vision is noted postoperatively.
