Abstract

Netarsudil is used along with other antiglaucoma drugs for Primary open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Aim of the study is to discover its sideeffects and variation in severity with dose. Method: Observational crosssection study in 70 patients in glaucoma clinic of a tertiary eye hospital between august 2022-february 23 monitored by BCVA, Slitlamp, Applation tonometry, indirect ophthalmoscopy, OCT. Result: 51% develop conjuctival hyperemia,15% subconjuctival haemorrhage others include headache, blurred vision, pain, watering, lid erythema. conclusion: severity increase with frequency and concentration. some patients discontinued drug due to redness but it go away after continues use.
